ONE UN New York to Start Next Phase of $70 Million Renovation
The second phase of ONE UN New York’s $70 million renovation is set to kick off next week.
The hotel will upgrade the East Tower’s 285 guest rooms and suites, including a 510-square-foot one-bedroom duplex suite, as well as the meeting and event space, and add a new restaurant and bar.
Located across from the United Nations headquarters, the hotel is near popular tourist destinations like the Broadway Theater District and Fifth Avenue shopping.
The project is expected to be completed by the spring of 2016.
The renovations are part of a brand-wide investment by Millennium Hotels and Resorts in its U.S. properties. In the past two years the Millennium Hotel Minneapolis, Millennium Harvest House Boulder, The McCormick Scottsdale, The Lakefront Anchorage, and the Millennium Hotel Buffalo have undergone renovations.
